Founded by a trio of seasoned creatives — designer Jigisha Ashani (12+ years in fashion), finance strategist Yash Rawat, and cultural marketer Ankit Yadav — HRAD is built at the intersection of craft, clarity, and creativity. Together, we’re reshaping loungewear for a new generation — inclusive, premium, and purpose-driven.

1. What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes from XS to XXL. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit suggestions.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation Email/WhatsApp with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to check your order status anytime.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Learn more here.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

No, Rs.70/- flat shipping charge is applicable Pan India.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery usually takes 8-10 business days depending on your location. Orders placed during holidays or sales may experience slight delays.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

7. How do I care for my clothes?

Our premium fabrics are designed to last. We recommend machine washing cold with like colors and air drying. For detailed care instructions, see the product page.

8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact our support team at customercare.hrad@gmail.com as soon as possible.

9. Do you ship internationally?

We officially ship Pan India. However, if you are wanting to purchase from us from across the borders, please contact our support team at customercare.hrad@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate your request.

10. Do you undertake Bulk orders for events, corporates, gifting or uniforms?
